Top destinations in the Bicol Region.

A “backpackers” dream! Bicol Region (region 5) is absolutely jam-packed with unique tourist spots within all of it’s five provinces and many cities. Each destination you visit in Bicol comes complete with it’s own native delicacies, it is recommended that one pickup a local map of the area to really explore. The region is also home to the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).

Although there are many great cities and villages in this region, not all are appealing to tourists. The recommended tourist destinations include: Albay, Naga, Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Legazpi, Masbate, Sorsogon, and Catanduanes. The top 3 destinations by popularity are pictured below
